Is this where to buy the
cheapest t-shirts in Australia?
We have to sell some "cheap" t-shirts, or we wouldn't be in business. However, we
must ask everyone to
consider this. It takes 4,100 litres of water to make just ONE cotton t-shirt
(source: World Wildlife Fund).
The cost of 4,100 litres of water per t-shirt is not factored into the
price you pay for any t-shirt. Instead,
the price is paid by planet Earth. If you want the cheapest t-shirts for single
or short term use, here's
something else you may not know. A quality t-shirt with a nice fit is much more
likely to be kept and worn
over a long period (no matter what's printed on it), making 4,100 litres of
water not quite so much of a
tragic waste.
Certified organic t-shirts are more
expensive again, but very eco-friendly. It's up to you.
Can I get free samples if
I'm a trade or commercial customer?
We get so many requests for sample products that we could not possibly fulfil
them. If you'd like
to examine our products first hand, please
purchase a small number from our website and follow
through with a bulk order
whenever you decide to. We take pride in offering quality products to suit
any budget. With several notable exceptions, higher priced offerings are usually
the more desirable.
How can I be sure that I'm
choosing correct sizes?
Some garment sizes are designed for a loose fit - others are designed to be body-hugging.
Check
product measurements for your preferred fit in each style.
Most of our
measurements relate to the
garment itself - not the body. The best way to check
your sizing is to measure a similar favourite
garment across the front of the
chest from armpit to armpit. This is your "half chest"
or "across
chest" measurement for this particular type of garment. Match your
garment measurements to
those we provide for most styles. Other measurements are "to fit chest/waist",
which means the
body circumference measurement. Where
measurements are not available (we're working on it!),
garments would still be considered true-to-size by Australian standards,
wherever they are made.
Can I get discounts on mixed
orders of the same style?
Quantity-based discounts for each product are displayed on all product pages.
Click any product image
to see specifications, measurements, and bulk/wholesale pricing. Quantity-based
discounts commence with just 2
items the same. You must Proceed to Checkout to see any discounts applied to your order -
discounts are not visible on the View Cart page! At the Checkout, you can
view/print all final prices
and
delivery options without making any commitment to purchase. Quantity-based
discounts are fixed on our
website and cannot be negotiated via offline request. Prices/discounts may be
changed without notice.
Terms & Conditions
Payment
options
and fulfilment process
Orders usually ship from us within 1-3 working days of order/payment receipt,
however if your order
is particularly urgent please let us know and we will do our very best to meet
your specific deadline.
On rare occasions we may
be temporarily out-of-stock in a particular style/colour/size, in
which case
we
advise. You may elect to wait - usually no more than a few days or so - for the item
to
be sent
separately at our expense, select a substitute item, or cancel your
order for the item
(cancelled item
refunded). 'Direct deposit' customers please note that
bank transfers can take a few days to appear
at the receiver's end,
especially when made after hours. With Paypal and credit card transactions, we
receive instant payment confirmation and your order can be
processed as quickly as
possible. We do
our best with every order, but can make no broad guarantees as to exact turnaround
or completion.
Refunds and
returns policy We cannot exchange goods that have been chosen
incorrectly! By shopping with us you are buying
wholesale, not retail. Personal shoppers should shop at a retail store,
otherwise accept that we are
not bound to exchange unless an item is received in defective condition or
substantially different to
its description, including images, which form part of the description. Please check product
specifications
and measurements with care. Our garments are defect-checked many times, and
attention is given
to ensure the correct supply of
every order. However, in the unlikely event that
a genuine
defect or
packing error is discovered, please
contact us immediately. Replacement of any
genuinely defective
new item is at the discretion of the manufacturer concerned. Items that have
been worn, washed, or
decorated in any way before being determined as defective are excluded entirely.
Shoddy decoration
by screen printing, heat transfer, etc can result in damage to new garments
and/or reduced lifespan.
Always choose a reputable printer to do your work, and always think twice about
the 'cheapest' quote.

Security
policy
Online
order transactions are secured by our Australian e-commerce providers. Online payments can
be transacted
through your
own bank via EFT, or Paypal (most e-cheques and credit cards accepted).
Paypal
provides total security for your online credit card transactions. We pay for
this service so
that we do not need to see or receive your credit card details. To protect your
own security, do not
send your credit card details to us or anyone via email as it is not
secure. Our secure shopping system
incorporates industry standard SSL 3.0 data encryption at 128 bit using the
internationally-trusted
Comodo certificates via Ezimerchant (Australian software by On Technology, an Australian company).
Environmental policy
Almost all of our cotton garments are made/manufactured from crops grown outside
of Australia. We
do not believe that Australia should be growing its own cotton
wherever pesticide use and irrigation is
involved. This kind of cotton
cultivation uses extreme amounts of water, and needs the highest level
of pesticides per hectare for viability in our climate. There are many other
places in the world with
climates more suitable for growing cotton, and people
who are traditionally dependent on income from
growing it. Some of the cotton
grown in Australia is organic and grown without irrigation. We are
working on
bringing garments made from 100% Australian organically-grown cotton to our
website.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch, we use low-voltage lighting and
non-toxic/non-greenhouse/recyclable/
biodegradable materials wherever possible.
We keep road transport to a minimum by locating ourselves
as close as possible
to points of importation and distribution - near Sydney airport, seaport, and
CBD.
